ADMIN / PA / OFFICE ALLROUNDER

- Hillcrest (Pinetown), KZN

 

A responsible reliable and efficient candidate is required to fill this position for ADMIN / PA / OFFICE ALLROUNDER in HILLCREST (PINETOWN) - KZN

DUTIES:

  • Invoicing and quoting

  • Filing and printing

  • Emailing and calling

  • Schedules and diaries

  • Packing and sending orders

  • Payments and allocating

 

SKILLS:

- General office skills filing / appointments / quotes / invoicing etc.

- Highly computer literate (Microsoft Office 365 package).

- Knowledge of Sage Online Accounting will be a bonus.

- Corel Draw experience a bonus or the ability to learn quickly

 

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

- Neat, highly efficient good work ethic.

- Excellent people and telephonic skills.

- Be flexible with tasks and the ability to use own initiative.

- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license essential.

- Must reside in or near the Upper Highway area!

- NON-SMOKER (does not smoke or vape at all)

 

Working hours: 8am to 5pm

Starting salary: R10k PER MONTH
