TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Permanent Position | External Sales – Food & Beverage Industry
 

Our client based in Newlands, Johannesburg, is urgently seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. This is a permanent, external sales role focused on stainless steel products tailored for the Food and Beverage market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business and service existing clients

• Prepare accurate and professional sales quotes

• Provide excellent customer support and after-sales service

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay technically informed

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 (essential)

• Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (essential)

• Valid, unendorsed driver’s license and own reliable car

• Minimum 2 years of external sales experience with proven sales target achievements

• Technically minded – experience in technical/maintenance roles (Fitter, Millwright, Fabrication, etc.) is highly advantageous

• Background in Technical High School / College and/or a formal sales qualification is a plus

Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 07h30 to 16h30
Friday: 07h30 to 14h00

 

Remuneration Package:

• Basic salary + commission (negotiable based on experience)

• Travel Allowance & Fuel Card

• Medical Aid, Pension Fund & Life Insurance

 

Start Date:
Immediate
