Employee background checks are becoming more important in the recruitment process and are automatically included in our staffing services.
We are also able to offer electronic fingerprinting to clients who wish to conduct their own recruitment of employees. Clients may choose which checks they wish to run:

• Verification of qualifications - Matric Certificates, Diplomas, Degrees, Trade Tests, etc.
• Credit checks for employees in a position of trust and who handle money in the course of their duties.
• Background screening with electronic fingerprinting accelerates your hiring process, helping you make important decisions in a timely, convenient and cost effective manner.
• Millions are being lost each year as a result of fraudulent qualifications leading to financial loss, costly errors, accidents and litigation; not to mention the potential damage to reputation and long term business relationships.
This is a simple process that requires employees (or candidates) to present themselves at our offices, with a copy of their Identity document, as well as any qualifications which need to be verified. The actual process is done on our scanner, (no messy ink prints) and takes about 10 minutes to complete. The average response time is approximately 48 hours, but any background check with a possible criminal hit could take up to 3 months to obtain full details.
